Ailsa Sharrock (f)
First-Class masters degree in MPharm (Hons) Pharmacy from the University of Portsmouth (September 2014 - June 2018)


Pre-registration training completed at Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust (July 2018 - July 2019), passed the GPhC Pharmacy registration exam and joined the Pharmacist register in August 2019.


Awarded a Practice Certificate in Independent Prescribing from the University of the West of England, Bristol (September 2021 - June 2022) and now practising as a Pharmacist Independent Prescriber (IP). 



I review hypertension, cholesterol management, HRT, Asthma, COPD and also do general medication reviews.


As a pharmacist I often action the medicine changes in clinical letters received as well actioning medication queries relating to safety or availability.


When I am not at work you will usually find me in the sea on the north coast, walking my dog on the beach or reading a good book with a cup of tea!
