Calling all Students!

Are you moving into Falmouth for your second year? We are located very close to most student accommodation in Falmouth and our branch Woodlane Surgery is in the middle of the Falmouth Art College Campus. We have walking access to several pharmacies and are a short walk from Falmouth town centre and the beaches. Drop in anytime and pick up a registration form.

We also are able to continue prescriptions of necessary items over the holidays to save you the trouble of registering in your hometown if you will be back after the breaks. We can send any prescription electronically to pharmacies outside our local area.

Born in Essex but grew up in Falmouth attending both King Charles and Falmouth School, I left to study Speech Therapy at Plymouth University and returned to work in Helston as a Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist for a year. However, I never stopped chasing my dream of becoming a doctor and in 2005 left to study medicine at Bart's and the Royal London University, I then stayed and worked in London for 10 years covering specialties such as General Surgery, Gastroenterology, Psychiatry, Palliative Care and Care of the Elderly, and then training as a GP.

I came back to Cornwall in 2015 on a trial basis, planning to return to London but never left!

My speech therapy experience has led to a specialist interest in Ear Nose and Throat, alongside being in charge of organising and teaching the Peninsula Medical students we have at Westover. I also have interests in Psychiatry and hormonal imbalance.

In my spare time I enjoy the gym, cycling, dancing, embracing life by the sea and supporting Arsenal!.
