***COVID VACCINE UPDATE***

Covid booster vaccinations are not bookable through the surgery.  The only ways to book are:

PLEASE DROP ANY URINE SAMPLES TO THE SURGERY BEFORE MIDDAY SO THEY CAN BE SENT IN THE COURIER

VISITORS
If you are visiting Cornwall and need to see a doctor, please contact your own GP practice. Practices throughout the country are offering telephone and video appointments and can electronically send prescriptions to any local pharmacy here for you to collect. 

Please also make use of the NHS 111 online service for advice http://111.nhs.uk

ADHD Referrals
The local NHS service is experiencing very high demand and waiting times for initial assessment are about 2 years at the present time.  If you would like to be referredto this service by the practice you will initially need to complete this  ADHD Questionnaire.

For medical advice or care outside of normal practice hours please dial 01326 212 120 and listen carefully to the instructions.

Minor Injuries

For cuts, burns, splinters and sprains, please go to the Minor Injuries Unit at Falmouth Hospital – open 08:00 – 20:00 seven days a week.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
