Covid booster vaccinations are not bookable through the surgery.  The only ways to book are:

VISITORS
If you are visiting Cornwall and need to see a doctor, please contact your own GP practice. Practices throughout the country are offering telephone and video appointments and can electronically send prescriptions to any local pharmacy here for you to collect.

ADHD Referrals
The local NHS service is experiencing very high demand and waiting times for initial assessment are about 2 years at the present time.  If you would like to be referredto this service by the practice you will initially need to complete this  ADHD Questionnaire.

Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescription requests for long term medication can be made in the following ways:

  • multicolour_pillsOnline via the contact us banner on homepage - click on Contact Us and select Admin Query.
  • Online via the NHS App
  • In person - drop your repeat slip in to reception having clearly marked the items required.
  • In writing - post it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want it posted back to you.
  • Online via Emis Access - ask at reception for details about registering for this service.
  • We do not accept requests over the phone for reasons of safety

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be reviewed at least once a year.  This review may be done by our Clinical Pharmacist Team.

Please allow three full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
